NURTURE & THRIVE REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to learn and apply all of the strategies and tools in the program. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for Nurture & Thrive. This money-back guarantee is determined by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit proof that you did the work in the program, engaged and communicated with your coach, and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of the first day of the program, contact Jennifer at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day, 12:00 pm MDT. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 14th day, you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
Requirement 1: Complete Video Lesson 1 (Starting a Self Care Practice) and Video Lesson 2 (Identifying Values, Your Best Self Vision & Desired Feelings) and complete and attach in full the Self Care Plan and Identifying Values, Best Self Vision & Desired Feelings corresponding pdf worksheets.
Requirement 2: Complete 1 weekly check-in and attach proof of at least 3 conversations (must show the date each message was sent within the last 14 days) that you reached out and expressed your concerns, or need for help with your designated coach.
Requirement 3: Complete and attach your Process Goal.
Requirement 4: Tell us why this program was not a good fit for you and your personal needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
We will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 14 days following the first date of the program. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the program.
Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund in accordance with this policy, we will promptly issue an instruction to the payment processor to issue the refund. We do not control our payment processor and will not personally be able to expedite any refunds.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by BENEFITS Personal Training. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds for requests made after the 14th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis.
