NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Tailored to you, your nutrition coaching will be designed to compliment your goals while educating you towards proper portion sizes, balance of choice, food variety and moderation. We reduce the "noise" of dos and don'ts and break down your nutrition in a way that is sustainable long into the future, no "tracking apps" necessary.  

FITNESS PROGRAMMING

Designed specifically for you and your goals, we will create a fitness program that will include detailed instructions, pictures & video demonstrations so that you feel confident & ready to go. Your exercise program will work off of how often you can workout, where you can workout and if you have any injuries or limitations that might be relevant. 

SUPPORT & ACCOUNTABILITY

You'll have access to me, your coach, for questions, accountability, feedback and as much encouragement as you could ever need. I will always get back to you with answers to your questions, or make tweaks to your program however needed. Your goals are my goals - I'm here for you!

COMMUNITY ACCESS

Gain access to a private group connecting you to a wonderful network of people, just like you! Ask questions, share what inspires you or communicate your struggles. In addition, you'll receive weekly tips, educational videos, motivational messages and affirmations to help develop a flourishing mentality that keeps you progressing.

RECIPE BOOKS

Receive two recipe books filled with 100+ pages of recipes that are deliciously available to you and can work alongside your nutrition plan.

I am so incredibly thankful for Jenn.

Jenn has totally changed my relationship with food. I have never seen real results from focusing on my diet all while still having the foods I crave. The results I've seen just after 3 weeks is crazy!
